We want you to be happy with what we build. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Digital services (web, design, software)
Advance payments cover work already started and are non-refundable once development has begun. If we cannot deliver what was agreed in the signed scope, we will refund the portion attributable to the undelivered work.
3D printing, CNC and PCB work
Custom-made items cannot be returned. If a printed or machined part is defective or materially different from the approved design, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint, rework or refund it.
How to request a refund
Contact reception@ideaflow.lk with your project name and the reason. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
