Use of the website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to transmit malicious code or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Services and quotations
Web, 3D printing, CAD, IoT and CNC/PCB work is quoted per project. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Work begins once the agreed advance payment is received and the scope is confirmed in writing or through your project portal.
Payments
Project payments are made in the milestones agreed in your quotation. Delivery of final files, source code or physical items may be withheld until the balance is cleared.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate content, specifications and approvals on time. Delays on your side may move the delivery date.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you. Ideaflow retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries and templates, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ideaflow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
